The information you provide to us is processed for the purpose of building and operating a worldwide proprietary database of panelists, in order to conduct marketing and market research studies. If you are a member of the Payzox panel, your information is stored in our proprietary database so we may call upon it to determine which people match up with specific research studies. Our proprietary database is hosted with and managed by Payzox India and your data may be accessed and used by other Payzox Group companies worldwide to conduct studies. If we think your profile makes you a potential candidate for a study, we will Email you an invitation to make you aware of this opportunity.

Sharing of collected information with third parties:

Except in the cases outlined hereunder or where members have granted permission via an opt-in process, Payzox does not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information to third parties. Payzox does share (i) personal information and (ii) non-personally-identifiable information with third parties for the purpose of delivering targeted advertising, surveys, products and services to members. These third parties are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. Payzox reserves the right to share personal and non-personal information with (i) a parent or subsidiary, (ii) an acquirer of assets, or (iii) a successor by merger. Legal Disclosure:

The Prodege Sites and Features may provide you the opportunity to participate in and post text (including questions, comments, and suggestions), images, audio, videos, or other content (collectively, User Content) publicly through our blogs, chat rooms, forums, interactive features, third-party social networking services or other communication functionality (Community Features).
